Be Rewarded
In addition to an hourly base rate of $34.00 - $38.00 (depending on experience) + super for time on-site, successful candidates will also receive extra wages paid for time spent travelling to sites (generally totalling to an additional 1.0 hours each day with a 30 minute pre-start also paid).
We are offering a flexible working arrangement on a full-time basis for the right candidate. You will have the option to work either day or night shifts across both weekdays and weekends, with night-shift loading available (earn an extra $10.00/hour!)

What You'll Bring to the Team
You will be an experienced combo or excavator operator, with a demonstrated ability to operate excavators and ideally Bobcat and/or Posi-tracks as well. You will be driven, flexible and eager to join an organisation offering genuine opportunities for development and stability.
Other requirements include:
- Valid white card
- Valid HR/HC or MC licence
- Operating tickets applicable to specific machinery you are interested in operating e.g. excavator and/or skid steer tickets
Experience in operating GPS-fitted machinery (ideally Topcon) will also be highly regarded, though not essential.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be operating 3T-25T excavators, Bobcats and/or Posi-tracks across weekdays and/or weekdays on a schedule that suits you (night and day shifts on offer) with the following shift timings available:
Days: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (on site time excluding travel)
Nights: 7:30PM - 3:00AM (on site time excluding travel)
These shifts will be spread across a ten-day fortnight totalling about 90 hours. During this time, you will be operating state-of-the-art machinery that is subject to ongoing maintenance and refinement. In fact, we have a full-time mechanic and support team on-site who will be available to the operators for any troubleshooting as needed.
